My work blends evidence-based learning design, human-centred leadership, and reflective practice. I’m drawn to questions that don’t have quick answers — the ones that ask us to slow down, listen more carefully, and act with purpose.
Rather than offering formulas or fixes, I create tools and spaces that help leaders think clearly, set boundaries, and lead in ways that are both effective and sustainable.
